Great beach, we did a day trip, and were fed local barbecue (yum) through Sunwing. Beach is beautiful. A little rough, not as clear as most we've been to.

We took a day long excursion to Anguilla from St. Maarten to swim with the dolphins (which was literally AMAZING!) Included in the trip was spending two hours at this beach- what a bonus! The white sand and blue water were breathtaking. I absolutely recommend this trip!

The best beach i have been to so far. Worth the trip from St. Martin. I went twice. Heavenly beach. Full beach service.

Beautiful white sand and amazing turquoise water. Picture perfect water and beach straight off a postcard. Took a cab from the ferry as we came to Anguilla for the day. Great choice we made. Plenty of little places to eat at the beach. Would def come back again.

Although the weather wasn't really on our side and battling a terrible cold, Shoal Bay was a fabulous choice to spend an afternoon. We ferried over from St Maarten and were easily driven to this area(cab once arrived in Anguilla), recommended to us by a friend who rents a home there. Plenty of fun/cute places to grab lunch or a... More

My wife and I were recently in Anguilla for a week, and we hit up a couple of different beaches each day. Shoal Bay was one of our two favorites. It is every bit as beautiful as Meads Bay, but it is a little more quiet. I felt like we were able to escape the super touristy crowds (well, what... More

The reviews don't lie. White sand, turquise water. Also in stronger wind still reasonable waves. Only the lying palmtree from the pictures is missing.

Beautiful beach and water! Great variety of restaurants and places to relax. I highly recommend the surf and water color! I would go back in a second.

Our first trip to Anguilla was a day trip 20 years ago. The taxi driver took us to Shoal Bay. With Shoal Bay we knew we found our piece of paradise. There are other beaches that we like more for various reasons but Shoal Bay is still one of the top beaches in the world!

Took a day trip from St. Maarten with a catamaran tour and stayed for about two hours. There were high swells the day we went so snorkeling wasn't going to happen. We did some swimming which was challenging as the water was quite strong sprialing sand everywhere in the water and in our bathing suits! I think I would've enjoyed... More
