We were there for the Jakob Holdt exhibition, alone this one was great. As we arrived late afternoon we didn't had time to see everything. But the entire campus is great and we will be back next time. more

If you are in Copenhagen for more than a couple of days you should include this on your list of "must do" visits. A truely wonderful museum. You can easily spend 3 to 5 hrs here. The art collection and grounds are beautiful. It is and easy 15min walk from Humlebeak station. At the time we visitied, August 2009, there... more

This is one of my favourite museums, if you are in Copenhagen do make the effort. If the art doesn't win you over the buildings, gardens and outdoor sculptures will. Sit at the cafe eating a nice meal and looking at Sweden at the end of an arty day. more

I would concur with all the reviews, its a lovely gallery, gardens and they have a fantastic collection of modern art. I have deducted a point from the score because of the needless money-grabbing nature of the cafe, in charging visitors (who have already paid in excess of £10 to enter the museum) around 60p (5DKK) for a glass of... more

I wasn't sure I was going to make the trip to see this musuem until I read a few positive reviews. Now I add my voice and say this is a must-go. It's about US$30 for a round-trip train ticket, and if you buy your train tik from a person at the counter, you can get entry into the musuem... more

We spent a glorious day at the Louisiana Art Museum. The weather was perfection which accentuated the beauty of the environment. We saw an excellent Richard Avedon exhibit but more impressive were the grounds- a blend of art, landscape and nature. Only a 30 minute train ride from Copenhagen. more

I can't go to Denmark without stopping in here. If you like modern provocative art, this is the place for you. The caliber of the art shows they have, is quite high. I haven't been there and not coming away wanting more! I really recommend this place! more
