it is beautiful and must see waterfall. We saw this waterfall on the way from Alleppey to Thekkady. The drive to the falls is very scenic with lush greenery around. The waterfalls is small and beautiful, not much of water when we visited in December ,there may be more water during monsoon season.

Whole Kerala travelling from Kochi to Munnar, Thekkady , Kumarakom alleppy and back to kochi is famous for waterfalls, wherever u peep outside of the travel car bus or train u will find small, big and huge waterfalls. so cool and lovely place that hours together u stand there hear natures water sound and enjoy greenery around falls.

This has been hidden from Kottayam's eyes till now... Amazing waterfalls if you immerse in it. Refreshing. Hope govt. doesn't destroy natures lap. As of now they are constructing buildings under KTDC guidelines which is very bad for the place. Visit during rainy season !

Beautiful waterfall, worth a visit even if you do not stop, a view from the vehicle is worthwhile if you are tied up for time. It is very refreshing to see it on a hot day.
