Annie is the sweetest British caterer-turned chef teacher. I spent an entire day at her home. Got there at 10am, didn't leave until 6! There were several fellow Americans because there is a Navy base nearby (Rota). She gives you all the recipes, it's totally hands on and you cook what you eat. At the end she will pair some... More

Booked in for an afternoon of cooking with friends based on a Morrocan theme. Culinary skills of friends ranking from semi profesional to one who wouldnt know where to buy an egg, let alone how to cook it¡ A very warm welcome from Annie, followed by a tour of her fabulous restored property in the centre of Vejer, with panormaic... If you love food, good company and a really authentic taste of spain then you will love Annie’s Spanish Kitchen holidays. A short flight from a cold rainy UK in March this year found us in the beautiful white hill town of Vejer. In Annie’s patio house on the hillside we met our fellow “cooks” – no matter if you... More

Annie B's Spanish Kitchen is a delightful location to learn, taste and enjoy typically prepared Spanish dishes, in the wonderful setting of a traditional Andalucian patio house in the hilltop town of Vejer de la Frontera. Creating dishes to be enjoyed for lunch with local wines. Delicioso. More

There can be no better way for people with a passion for food to add to their Andalusian holiday than taking a course at Annie B's "Spanish Kitchen" set in an extraordinary house overlooking the wonderful village of Vejer de la Frontera. Annie caters for almost every need from very short courses to ones which are much longer. She's a... More

We spent a day doing a cooking course with Annie, focussing on tapas. Annie runs the courses in her gorgeous house in the old town of Vejer and is a wealth of knowledge. We learnt loads about Andalucian food and wine, and of course cooked some delicious dishes. The day finished with a the group sharing a meal of the... More

Annie is a delightful hostess and teacher. She welcomes you into her fabulous home and teaches in a helpful and entertaining way. As a relatively experienced cook I still learnt a lot. I will return! More

We were completely overawed and inspired by Annie's knowledge and love of all things Spanish, and we couldn't wait to get home and plan our Spanish gourmet evening, so that we can share all that we have learnt with our nearest and dearest. We even went to the local ferreteria so that we could buy the little pans that Pepi... More

Laden with Annie's recipes and fired up with enthusiasm to cook all the wondrous delights that Annie demonstrated at her Cookery School, I have found that I have more friends than one could imagine possible and all ready to partake in the tasting. All the dishes that were once "I wish I could ..." are now firmly on my "can... More
