Imagine visiting one of Andalusia's most picturesque white villages and spending the day sharing great local food and fine sherry! Annie shared all kinds of tips and secrets of Spanish cooking as a part of a hands on class that ended with a sunny rooftop dinner. Annie created a wonderful menu to help me celebrate my birthday with family that... More

Our group consisted of 6 including people from England, Wales, Scotland, Australia and Spain. Ok, so I'm a basic cook, but my sister, who booked this, and my good friend, a trained cook, both had as much fun as I did. I may be basic but my sister is an excellent cook and not one of us were bored. What... More

My husband bought me a cookery course with Annie B. It was so much more than I expected. The town (Vejer) is breathtakingly beautiful, the cookery school is in a very typical Spanish home with patio, terrace and pool and Annie is incredibly knowledgeable about Spanish food. I've come home feeling very confident about the dishes I was taught and... More

My wife and I went to Annie's kitchen in Vejer for a course lasting a few days, and stayed in the Califa. It was quite outstanding. I developed a real taste for sherry and an expanding waist line, which I am working on - but the stars of the show were the fantastic dishes which Annie and Pepi introduced us... More

We had booked a day cooking class with Annie and on the morning of our class Annie contacted us and very apologetically explained that she was ill and for the first time ever would have to cancel the class. We arranged to reschedule for the following evening and Annie provided us with advice and information of where to visit and... More

My wife and I enrolled in Annie's Spanish Classics Course. We were joined by a couple from Wales for the week. I would give our experience more than five stars if I could. The town of Vejer de la Frontera would earn the first star. The top-of-the-mountain location with its white houses, is spectacular. Another star would go to Annie's... More

We have just returned from the most amazing cooking & sherry course in the beautiful sun drenched, hill-top town of Vejer, with the inimitable Annie B (and Pepi!). Our 5 days were filled with visits to local fish markets, butchers, grocers and days of cooking up feasts including salt baked Baila (cousin of sea bass), moroccan chicken and lovely salads... More

My mother booked this cooking class for our family while we were in Spain and we did not know what to expect. We certainly did not expect everything that we got out of it. Annie (and Pepe) is super talented, friendly, welcoming, and runs a wonderful class. She instructed us on how to make so many amazingly delicious dishes and... More

When they say there is no such thing as a free lunch, well thats true, but how about doing a lunch with a real difference? It's easy just to look up the best restaurants and go to the top ones, but it's much more fun to make the lunch last for the whole day! We joined Annie in the morning... More

Annie is a fabulous host, and generously shares her knowledge, beautiful house and her (and the wonderful Pepe's) top class cooking skills. Anyone going to Vejer would be mad not to book now, but please don't book when we return to this special white village. (Very exciting about the Vuelta!). Aussies, Americans and Scandinavians all best of friends by the... More
