We live here in Panama and this 'egg' shaped temple is really worth going to see - I would suggest the green season because the landscape is so much nicer. The temple is simple and beautiful, shaped like an egg with landscaping surrounding it. High on a hill, a wonderful view as well.

This is a beautiful peaceful place no matter what religion or beliefs you have. Usually there are few to no guests up here. The trickiest part is getting there as you have to pass it from the road (Transismica) and then take the next turnaround. The view of the city is real nice all around and 14 years ago there... More

A beautiful temple with a very 60's architecture and an amazing view of the city from on high. However, please don't bring food, music, sleeveless shirts, or pets for your picnic on the grassy knoll, as they are not allowed on the site. It is a very peaceful, friendly and contemplative place.

Crazy ride up the rough road to this magnificent Temple. The feeling of calmness and tranquility can be felt the Moment you arrive. The views are great and the day I was up there the Sky was perfectly clear, with a slight breeze. This Temple is a must see if you are in the area, check it out. BYE BYE

make sure your drive knows how to get here and has a vehicle with good brakes (for the return down the steep and narrow driveway). The pot holes, Metro construction and traffic horns can occupy one's attention to the point of missing the turn off. At the temple a greeter will pleasantly explain the rules of conduct. Quiet. Cool. Great... More

This temple is a very peaceful place to visit. It also offers exceptional views of the city. It takes about half an hour to get there from downtown Panama. We were the only tourists at the temple when we arrived and there were only two other people there at the time.

The Bahai Temple sits on a mountain top and can be seen from many areas in and around Panama City. A visit to the temple is definitely worth a trip up the mountain. The architecture is amazing. The structure is both simple and elegant. Within the temple, one feels a great calmness which contrasts markedly with the traffic chaos at... More

I grew up near the Bahai Temple in Illinois so I wanted to visit this one. The view from the temple was beautiful. The exterior walls are made of red Verona marble brought from Italy in a pre-Columbian design. The grounds were very well kept and had beautiful flowers and trees. It is very peaceful up there. From our hotel... More

High above Panama City the Bahai temple had an immediate mellowing effect as the final stop in our week in Panama. It's a welcoming location and perfect to see the city and reflect. We were there for the Sunday morning gathering, and were warmly welcomed at the social hour after the service. If you know nothing of the Bahai's, they... More
