I took a one day cooking class in Florence with Chef Laura and it was the highlight of my month long trip through Europe. First of all, Florence is an absolutely beautiful city and we spent the morning at the local markets, spending our time picking the right ingredients for our meal and getting a first class education on the... The International Kitchen planned our twelve day trip to Sicily. It was stellar from beginning to end. Working with them was a joy. The staff was professional and personable, listening to our particular wants and providing us with a wonderful itinerary. The company they are associated with in Sicily is of the highest quality and every minute spent with their... More

I spent 6 days with Chef Claudio and his staff for a cooking vacation. It was an absolute delight. The minute we arrived he personally met us at the door and served us wine. He is a patient, kind, passionate and a great teacher of the Culinary Arts. His sister Sabrina also helps with the tours and anything you need... More

This trip was amazing! The rustic Tuscan location was beautiful! The B & B had a vineyard and all sorts of fruit trees, vegetables, nuts, herbs, etc. We cooked with fresh ingredients everyday. The classes were great! Chef Claudio spent an enormous amount of time showing us techniques and sharing his recipes. We ate outside for most of our lunches... More

We can't say enough great things about Chef Claudio and his team! We did the Intensive 3 days of classes.....wonderful. This was a real hands on cooking experience.....pasta, sauces, main courses, deserts.....all from a great teacher. From walking in gardens for fresh vegetables to seeing the dishes served in Ristorante. Molto Bene!!!!!!!!

A cooking class in Tuscany has been on my bucket list for years. I can't imagine another living up to this experience with Chef Claudio. He is an accomplished teacher in addition to being a great chef and sommelier. If we mentioned wanting to learn something in particular, we made it the next day. Each of us (8 in all)... More

My daughter and I met for a vacation in Italy and wanted a focus for our trip. My daughter suggested a cooking class. It was perfect!

Claudio is an excellent teacher, he makes you feel at home. We learnt 4 dishes and then got to eat them in his restaurant. It was a hands on cooking class which is the best way to learn. I would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who loves food.

The objective for my first trip to Europe was not to “sight-see,” but rather to "live Italian" (as much as one can do in 10+ days). Chef Claudio Piantini and his Relais Torre Guelfa staff made this a reality for me. Even though he is busy teaching the group Tuscan cooking classes while running a successful restaurant and farm, Claudio... More

We are already cooking like Chef Claudio, or so we wish, but we are trying several of the techniques that he taught us and finding them very useful. It was such a wonderful experience for me and my husband. Chef Claudio is very capable of teaching at all cooking levels as my husband is a wonderful and experienced cook and... More
