A must see while visiting Scicli there are 3 beautiful churches to see. Some of the best Baroque style we have seen ion Sicily. Awesome architecture from the outside. Very grand. A older gentlemen took us around the church and showed us a painting of Jesus on the cross and when you turn the picture upside down it reveals another... More

We traveled all over southern Sicily. Monica, Ragusa, and all the big tourist places but nothing compared to the three churches in Scicli. Off season, perfect weather, easy access (not typical of most of the towns in this part of the world) and absolutely stunning Baroque architecture. You will not be disappointed, but you might wonder why you spent all... More

We had lunch in the square and faced this building and Montalbano's office which is nextdoor. Both beautiful buildings from outside. So on finishing lunch we had to go inside. We are so glad we did , it is such an unexpected delight, extremely calm and stunning. People in quiet prayer .A little gem.

This church in the heart of Scicli was for me the highlight of those we had seen in Ragusa province. The inside is so delicately decorated in shades of blue and white it soothes the eyes from the heat outside. Very serene inside, always seemed to have people in quiet prayer and contemplation. Definitely worth a visit and better preserved... More

I have visited the Noto valley and its churches far and wide, and no church managed the impress me as this. The sheer aura of grandeur the visitor feels upon entering has to be experienced. This is hands down the lovliest, richest and best-preserved church (interior wise) in the entire Noto valley. Unmissable!
