I cannot cook but i decided to take a cookery lesson at SITCA. We were in a group of ten and the refreshments were lovely. We cooked soup and a couple of main course dishes. The ingredients were explained to us in full. we prepared all the ingredients then cooked them. The tutors were brilliant and everything was very well... More

Ok so cooking isn't my favourite pastime but my husband really wanted to do a class. The teacher was great, really informative. The facilities were good. I thought it was a bit expensive- most of the hotels offer a cookery class for the same price and you get souvenirs such as an embroidered apron etc but we just got the... More

We recently had the fortune of spending time on Koh Samui. One of the highlights was an evening cooking class at SITCA. The staff are friendly and excellent, as are the facilitiies. The food was delicious. The menu varies from session to session. It is worthwhile (and safe) booking and paying over the net prior to travelling. I would not... More

This was the second Thai cooking course we took on our 2 1/2 week trip to Thailand and proved tobe a great way to learn some new dishes, meet some new people and eat some great food. Their website is highly explanatory and I recommend you reserve and pay through the site as others arriving after us seemed to take... More

A group of us did a dinner cooking class here and we all loved it. The teacher was engaging and entertaining and the food we cooked was delicious. Best of all were the little tips and tricks that our teacher gave us to allow us to adopt the recipes to cook other thai classics and to enhance supermarket bought ingredients.... More

I really loved spending some time in this Thai cooking institut. Thank you so much to Roongfa Sri-Ngam the Director, fantastic teacher and her team. I learnt how to carve some fruits, my husband, who is a Chef took one week of Thai cooking classes. Fabulous! We recommend this cooking institut to everyone! More

We were given a refreshing, lovely cold chrysanthemum drink and an icy cold flannel on arrival. Then spent a good 4 hours in the air-conditioned building with a terrific teacher to guide us. He had a good sense of humour and made us pupils feel relaxed. His staff were also very efficient. We cooked 4 different dishes (of our choice when... More

Decided to book this for my partners birthday and it was a great thing to do! While it went for a few hours, it was good to learn how to make everything from scratch! A lot of fun especially for curry lovers! Soooo much food however. Either don't eat lunch or make sure you have a microwave to heat up... More
