Whether you like Thai food, enjoying learning new cooking techniques or just find yourself in Koh Samui, you have to visit this cooking school! It was one of our must amazing experiences we had during our entire visit to Thailand and very well worth it! You learn the basics of Thail cooking as well as several of the techniques they... More

My boyfriend got me this course for my birthday during our holiday in ?Thailand and it was one of the best things we did! The facility is so well organised and clean. We were in a group of 6 which was a nice size. One chef was teaching us while the rest (about 5 of them!) brought us our ingredients... More

Most unexpectedly, we had the most fun here in Samui! My partner and I are no Gordon Ramsays but we managed to follow the straightforward instructions from our helpful instructor. We could hardly believe our end product would taste so good (I would dare say even better than some of the Thai food we have got back home!) Plenty of... More

It was an honor to learn several dishes in the company of true professionals. While we were there, a camera crew was filming the executive chef and his staff. There is a reason this is at the top of the activities list.

We booked and pre-paid for a cooking class for my wife and I, with SITCA, during our trip to Koh Samui. Emails were promptly answered during the enquiry, booking and payment stages. We used PayPal to pay. The lesson was given by a very entertaining lady called Pamlik, with two very attentive assistants. Everything went smoothly. We learned lots of... More

Each visit to Thailand for the past 4 years I’ve wanted to do a “Thai Cooking” class. I’m so pleased that this was my first experience, and not sure if others can beat this one! Quite pricy initially (BHT2250 per person); but worth every cent! Choose the day & time (twice per day) according to what Thai food you enjoy... More

As someone who loves Thai food, taking a cooking course while visiting Koh Samui seemed like a no brainer! And this class definitely did not disappoint. The whole experience was very hands on, and learning about the fundamental flavors of Thai food was eye opening...I have a new appreciation for fish sauce! Ms. Tim, our instructor for the day, was... After only wanting to book in for my partner to do the class this actually turned out to be one of my favourite activities for our whole trip. Only issue, getting there, some better directions might help, it's opposite a major hotel, this should be mentioned on their website. Once we finally got there the class was perfectly run, so... We wanted to break up our outdoor theme this holiday and take an "easy" day out. So over breakfast we settled on going for a cooking class. TripAdvisor has not failed us so far! The team were exceptional. Service was obviously a big thing for them. Drinks were constantly being topped up. Ingredients were ready cut. A full briefing provided... More
