The park itself is very nice, there are two different playgrounds, one for older children and one for younger - both of which are very good. However this is about the limit to the park, it's not the type of the park you could spend the day (or even the afternoon) in. If you live close by it is definitely... More

A lovely park for all the family. Great play area for the children and pleasant walks around the grounds. Tennis courts and bowling greens are available with lovely gardens. Good parking area.

I visited with my 7 year old daughter and her friend yesterday. We had been once before in the winter time and enjoyed the park so this was our second visit. Since the park was re landscaped it is so much better. Lovely play areas for kids and older kids, including a zip wire! The garden areas are beautiful and the wooded areas make it feel very natural. The cafe is a great place to relax and watch the kids play whilst enjoying a fantastic cup of coffee or a snack.

A nice park with some interesting trees which are labelled. Good for walking the dog and lots of squirrels.

The park is perfect, apart from the squirrels getting too familiar , biting the kids & stealing ice cream.

The park is lovely and it has plenty to do. The cafe sells decent refreshments but it could probably do with a decent wash down. My only problem is the amount of dogs. What is the point in spending lots of money on the place just for dog walkers to allow there dogs to poo everywhere.

By far one of the best parks, something for everyone, perfect for any age. One of new favorite places. I love the short walk threw the woods, the play park is perfect for all age rang of children. The cafe wonderful.
