Nobody takes care of it. Its dirty, smells bad and its dangerous in some parts. Just go there if you want to go to a bar on a Saturday night. Its ok.

This is a dirty water lake, but it gathers local happy hour life. Nice bar, restaurant, live music and discos till late night.
