Can get busy but the walk from Cala Galdana is interesting too. Good area for sea life up close to the beach but watch out for jelly fish!

Small secluded beach with crystal clear water - access along a well marked footpath - about 20 minutes walk from the road access or 2.2km walk from the beach. Also a car park sign posted on the right hand side of the road as you leave Cala Galdana heading for Ferreries. Might be secluded but the day we were there... More

We walked the short distance to the beach from our hotel in the other bay, the walk is great but take sturdy shoes as some of the paths are uneven. The beach is clean and tidy and quite secluded.

Really nice walk to the beach through a forest which brought us out at Cala Mitjaneta (the smaller cove next to Cala Mitjana). We stopped here because of the beautiful turquoise ocean which is great for family snorkelling. Amazing place, would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved this place -deep green water, white sand, no crowds [in October!] The walk was through beautiful olive and pine groves past lime-kilns, old stone quarries and sweet smelling herbs.

A beautiful secluded beach just a 30 minute walk from Cala Galdana, well worth the walk through woods, you can carry on along the cliff path to more beaches if you are feeling energetic.

Look at images of Cala Mitjana on the web and you'll think yes, very nice, but can it really be that picturesque in such a popular holiday destination? YES IT CAN! Seeing is believing.

As for the most beaches in Menorca, you have to walk some 30 minutes to reach it, but once there, you know it was worth walking. Amazing views, colors and definitely recommended!

Only about 12 peeps on it when we went. Very secluded and beautiful. I believe it's where the Menorcans go for R and R .
