Always an enjoyable area for invigorating walks much frequented by walkers & dog owners. Wonderful panoramic views of Airedale. Plenty of seats, café (open all year round) pub selling food as well as drink and within a short walk, the historic Shipley Glen Tramway

Baildon Moor aka Shipley Glen is great for all ages. Rocks for kids to climb on, a beck to play in and a pub at the end for families to refuel. Loads of parking and loads to discover. Oh and the tramway is a short walk away as well.

I used to spend hours up here when I lived in Bradford. The air is good and the views are great. Get away from it all.

I was born on the edge of Baildon Moors and holds many fond memories of the places kids play and walk. Wonderful views and great walking area.

Easy stop for a group to experience the sense of the moors. We were fortunate to have it misting as we walked along and head about Emily Bronte's love of the wild moors.

One of my favourite places, we make regular trips up there and love finding new walking routes. The kids enjoy it aswell all the fresh air and freedom, they get excited over seeing the horse riders, people flying remote control aeroplanes etc. Just a lovely atmosphere up there

I look out on Baildon Moor every day therefore it is close to me in every way. The views are wonderful at any time of the year. It is home to Sky Larks who sing in the skies above with the most beautiful song. There is a tramway at one end manned by volunteers at the weekend giving access up... More

The moors can be reached either from Saltaire up the glenway tram path or from Baildon village itself. The views from the trig point are truly wonderful. Fantastic walking.

This area is outstanding in terms of views, countryside, walking & it's very own Golf Club. You can walk from Baildon to Ilkley over the moors, even see the historic Cup & Stone Rings & the Cow & Calf rocks. It's a bus ride away from the city of Bradford, but like another world! Beautiful!
