The unforgettable Scenery

The first lake garden in Malaysia with beautiful landscape. Overlooking the misty mountain in the morning is the best scenery.

Once you are there you will bemoan the fact why your own town does not have one. So beautifully set up with beautiful shady trees. You will indeed enjoy your morning walk or run.

If you are a birdwatcher this is a great place to visit. Rhinoceros Hornbill can be seen if you are lucky. Several other notable species of birds can be seen making it an excellent urban park.

Taiping Lake Gardens is a must see when travelling to north of Malaysia. It is so tranquil. The best features are the aged trees along the road that circumvents the lake, that grow towards the reflection of the sky on the lake. However, we usually just take a drive around the lake, to remind the children of how beautiful it... More

It is the most famous lake in Malaysia for its calmness, beauty, tranquil environment. Lush green landscape facing peaceful lake with thousand years old tree as backdrop, the scene can only be found in the oil painting and appearing in your eyes. No words can explain how beautiful it is. Attached picture for your judgment. Come here during evening. Park... More

The lake gardens were formed when a former tinmine was abandoned. After some landscaping it is now a nice place for an afternoon stroll.

One of the most impressive of lake gardens in not only Malaysia, but in the whole of Asia. Its ancient trees are a sight, while the lake and environment gives you a really serene feel.

Large open park with lots of paths that lead around the ponds. We ventured towards the path around the zoo and could hear all of the animals. The trees along the main street were a picture must, hundreds of years old reaching into the ponds. The bugs were not too bad. A hawker center is opposite the park with great... More

Nice big park with a beautiful lake. Easy free parking, only 5 minutes away from the town and zoo. You can even walk there, the traffic is quite relaxed. If I'm a local I would come here every weekend, sit down by the lake and have a nice pastry bought fresh from the town bakery, and a slow stroll with... More
