We really enjoyed our ride on the MS Chi-Cheemaun. They are very organized so its very quick getting your vehicle on and off the ship.

Was on a trip to Sault ste Marie to see the Agawa Canyon train ride thought this would be a different experience rather than just sitting in a car for the hole trip. Basicully car, boat and train vacation seeing some nice sites along the way. The ferry ride was aprox $70 for car and 2 people. We only went one... More

This is a fun ride in one of the most beautiful parts of Canada. It's one of the very few passenger ships one can travel on the Great Lakes. Excellent experience! Don't expect five star dining on the ferry, but there is basic lunch fare (hamburgers, pizza, fries, etc). Take the time to go outside--that was my favourite part!

For the 9:00 crossing, we turned up at 7:30 where we were checked in by a bunch of neat guys. Parked the car and had breakfast at the nearby diner before boarding.... More

The staff have loading and unloading down to a fine art. The boat is clean with lots of places, inside and out, to take in the view. There is a good tourist info place on board manned by knowledgeable volunteers. I did have an issue with unsteady legs and a queasy stomach for the first hour of the trip but... More

If you don't take the time to explore the ship, you'll be missing out. Very relaxing way to travel. Great food on board also. Well worth the ride.
