Our first trip was on the Sunset cruise, it was a great coastline tour with ample time for photos. With a malfunctioning PA system, one of the crewman was out on deck, providing lots of local info and lore during the trip. With such a positive experience, we decided to go for another trip with this company, this time to... More

Pros: Nice little boat cruise to/from Flowerpot Island that allows you to snap a few photos of the highlights in this area -- the shipwrecks in Big Tub Harbour and the two rock flowerpot formations off Flowerpot Island. Reasonably priced. Cons: Not a full glass-bottom boat; only a small section is glass bottom. The better view of the shipwrecks is... More

We took a tour on the Great Blue Heron boat around the Fathom Five marine park. The boat is very quiet and comfortable. You'll be able to enjoy the most wonderful views of the Georgian Bay including some shipwrecks views from the glass bottom in the boat. If you ever go to Tobermory, something I would say you should do,... More

Made the mistake of taking this express tour of shipwrecks and Flowerpot Island. We were told that we would see shipwrecks to and from Flowerpot Island. Only they didn't say it would be the same shipwrecks. Also, we spend 30 min (1/3 of the tour time) ferrying tourists from a larger tour boat to Flowerpot Island due to low water... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset cruise and felt that it was worth the money. We were lucky to have calm waters and a gorgeous sunset. The cruise takes you close to a very long stretch of the escarpment for absolutely breathtaking views. The boat was very clean and the crew was friendly, professional and helpful. When the sun started to... More

WE took a couple of cruises with this company during our vacation. The first was the 45 minute cruise to flowerpot island. We stopped in at the main office, which was a beautiful new building. Staff were great, friendly and super helpful. The company has parking lots all around town and offers a shuttle to and from the cruises. There... More

We liked Flowerpot Island and spent two hours walking to the Lighthouse and back with a picnic, it was warm but windy, the side with the flowerpots was quite sheltered from the wind on that side of the island. When they say two or four hours on the island, we opted for two thinking thats loads of time - we... More

I love boats. The zephyrs are so fast and fun, I would stay on one all day!

Great boat tours of all different kinds. You can take fast express boats to Flowerpot Island, or Large and leisurely Glass bottom boats or a combination of both. Well worth the money and certain hotels in the area offer 2 for 1 tickets with Blue Heron. (Harbourside Motel is one of them)
