Description: Didier Sibani began his interest in Tahitian Black Pearls working...
Didier Sibani began his interest in Tahitian Black Pearls working alongside Coco Chaze on the atoll of Manihi in the Tuamotu Archipelago. In 1973, Sibani established himself as one of the pioneers of the Tahitian Pearl Industry. By 2001, the SIBANI Pearls group has grown to 69 boutiques around the world. At the heart of the Polynesian South Pacific, lies our flagship retail store in Vaitape, Bora Bora. We create a local and comfortable atmosphere through our bamboo decor and friendly professional staff, whom are well educated in the history and value of the Tahitian Black Pearls. We pride ourselves in educating our clientele about every bit of the production process concerning the cultured pearl. Our selection includes an overwhelming variety of pearls in all shapes, sizes and grades. Matched with pendants, earrings, and necklaces of silver or gold, we assist our clients to find their unique pearls, to highlight their unique persona. Open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.

Dear Mrs. Lorry, Thanks for your nice appreciation and you are always welcome in the SIBANI Pearls Jewelries. Why do we must to explain the clients about Tahitian Pearls? Because today, the pearls are sold like “souvenirs” by non-professional persons. Not anymore like an exceptional Gem. After 45 years I saw the changes. It’s our responsibility to explain the pearls... More

After looking at several Pearl Stores the Lovely employee from Texas at the Sibani was what made us go back and purchase two necklaces. They explained the customs forms clearly and were very pleasant to deal with. One necklace was a gift to a friend who was house sitting and she loved it.

We looked in Tahit, Raiitea, Rangorhea, Moorea - Sibani in Bora Bora was the best place to buy. Very helpful staff - I worked through several options of pearls and chains - they were very patient with me and at end of the day - it was the best value. I purchased a sizable black pearl pendant, surprisingly received many... More

Dear Guest, Quality of the jewel, price, service, choice. A good jeweller must to consider his client ask the most important people in the store. We stopped in several pearl stores, but were very pleased with the friendliness of a new employee (from the US whose boyfriend worked at the Hilton). She was very helpful and we felt no pressure in the buying experience. My girlfriend was very pleased with the pearl. All the customs forms were given and completely explained.

We were in Bora Bora with the Aranui III, and I knew in advance that I was interested in buying a black pearl pendant for myself and one for my daughter. I happened into Sibani because it was near an internet cafe we used, and went in to browse. The lady who offered her assistance was so lovely, asking about... More

Dear customer, Ia Orana and thank you for your purchases.
