They tore a pair right in front of us trying to make them fit expecting us to take them. We didn't. But they charged our credit card 14.00 more than price quoted. Need to try what others say. Will definitely stay away from them in the future. More

BUYERS BEWARE...... These people will lie to you to make a sale!!!!!! I bought two pairs of boots on Feb 10, 2012 . The salesman and I agreed on $350 for both pairs total, he charged me $5600 pesos. He assured me that the charge on my account would be $350. I really did not feel to secure about this... More

Just a follow up to my review from 2008. I just read several reviews that stated the cruiseline should be embarrassed... Royal Carribean recommended this place to their passenger's too. I emailed RC to let them know what happened and never received a response. I didn't get my money back from Amex as the bill I signed was what they... More

I love Rogers Boots. Their products are original. The prices are high, but that's what they worth. You can't bargain that much with them, they keep their prices. If you pay cash you get a better price. I agree with the below comment about the conversion rate. You get overcharged, so pay in cash. I buy something at Rogers Boots... More

After bargaining with the salesman for a pair of boots, I failed to check the Pesos to Dollars conversion rate for that day. Lucky it only cost me an extra $35.00 dollars or I would really be upset with myself. I wonder if part of the drawn out sales pitch was a part of the plan. I was so excited... More

Everybody knows these boots are fake. Did anyone REALLY think you could get sea turtle boots? They are very nice leather formed to look like whatever they're supposed to be. Now the bad parts. 1) CHECK YOUR BOOTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE - I bought two pair, then when getting off the ship found out that one pair had... More

On Feburary 17,2011 we arrived in Costa Maya Mexico, on Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas. We went into this small town, not really worth getting off the ship for. We went into a Roger Boot store. Inside my wife found a pocketbook that she liked. the salesman came over and started right away as to the quaility and rareness of... More

HUGE ripoff!! Smooth salesman. Crocodile and Alligator seem real, but in fact are embossed leather at best. STAY AWAY! Royal Carribean should be ashamed of themselves for not warning their passengers. More

Im sorry to see so many people got ripped off at that place. I was there in early August and I bought 3 pair of cowboy boots, BUT!!! Mine are real and I had them checked when I got back home. City Slicker has a similar pair for $2500 in Detroit and I got 2 pair with two belts and... More
