Overall, the hotel seems to be managed by an incompetent team. It seems to us this used to be a nice property that is now mismanaged and lack a lot of maintenance.

Location, but nothing more! The food was truly the worst I've ever experienced in Italy. It's hard to do wrong with 'tagliata' (essentially sliced beef).
