The food and the staff are top-notch! The wine selection is wonderful, too. You might think that it is over-priced because it is part of the hotel ... it isn't! Good value. We ate here numerous times and enjoyed every meal. Vito and Rudy were wonderful to us; we felt like family. If you have the chance, have the filet... More

Made the mistake of coming in on several miles of back dirt roads when the real entrance wasn't far from a paved roadway - be sure to get directions straight! Enjoyed the tour of the winery and wine samples. Looks like a great place to stay and the views are fantastic!

In 1998 I spent a few days at the Dievole Villa. Memories of a lifetime! So when returning to the region I wanted to share the experience with my husband. We booked the private wine tasting with a sommelier.. Eleanor was our sommelier who spoke perfect English. She showed us to grounds of the villa, told us of the history... More

We got to this hotel by chance and to be honest I fell in love with everything... The hotel, the service, the restaurant, the wine, the cellars, everything! Long story short after an amazing private wine tasting I got down on one knee in the middle of the vines and proposed!

We took the tour of the winery and we got to sample five wines including their best reserve Chianti Classico which was wonderful, our guide was friendly and informative even telling us that the best Gelato can be found in Castellina in Chianti, we tried it and he was right. The Resort Hotel attached to the winery looked lovely and... More

This is a wonderful place to stay, located within their own vineyards and olive trees. The rooms are very comfortable, some are suites with kitchens, dining and seating areas. You can see the vineyards and surrounding areas from the windows in most rooms. Breakfast is served in a gracious setting buffet style, and can be just about anything you want... More

This part of our wonderful visit to Villa Dievole. We got to taste the full range of their wines starting our visit in the bar nest door to the hotel reception and finishing in the cellar.

My husband and I visited Dievole a few days ago for a wine tour. We found the tour fairly interesting as we had the chance to be only the two of us with the guide and we could ask all the questions we wanted but it was quite sales oriented and too expensive for what is was (15/eur per person... I believe when I say this no other words will be required to describe our stay. We travelled as a group of 9 with a week long booking at Villa Dievole. We had not a single complaint from not a single person about anythig the entire week. The country setting with beautiful surroundings and unbelievably wonderful chef prepared wine dinners... More

the winery would have been fun even if there was no wine - tuscan countryside, great lunch, no boss. they took us on a winery tour with four sangiovese grape tastings. all were good; the IGP non-certfied chianti was a nice blend. later in the store, there was a tasting of a dessert wine (muscato) - also, no pressure sales...
