We were really impressed by the tour of the Glenfiddich Distillery. The video presentation was very interesting and the tour friendly and clear. We did not expect a tasting as the tour was free and I discovered, to my delight, that not all Scotch is peaty. The toilets are amazing!

Spend the extra money for the 3.5 hour Pioneers Tour. If you enjoy whiskey it is a must. Our guide was Danilo. Great experience

I HAVE BEEN TAKING GROUPS TO THE DISTILLERY FOR SOME TIME ( AS IT HAS FREE ENTRY) BUT I got to my wits end due to the un friendly and unorganised visitor centre staff, I would have expected a more professional attitude and friendlier atmosphere but I have found time and time again that the feeling you get that they... Very friendly staff, and very organised. They offer free tours, which are sufficient to get the history, feel of the place. The shop offers a variety of older versions of whisky (which I do not see at duty free shops or major supermarkets) and you can even bottle your own from a cask! Worth a short visit.

We enjoyed our tour of the Glenfiddich Distillary and learnt so much more about malt whisky and the process of how it is produced.

Took my visitors to the distillery (I had been before) and we all enjoyed the experience of the Classic Tour (a 1 hour free tour). Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, video interesting and the whisky tasting at the end of the tour was great. There is a good restaurant, serving fresh, well-cooked food (we had roasted red pepper and tomato... More

Chose this tour for the experience of whisky tasting at the end. Not too sure of the point of queuing to purchase your tickets when the cashier blatantly ignores the queue if you barge up to the front , as some overseas visitors did, only for her to then embark on a long-winded conversation regarding her previous holidays in their... We loved the video and the friendly welcome. The whole site was lovely. We were taken on a tour by Lucy she was very knowledgeable and made the whole tour totally enjoyable. We loved the trip to warehouse 8 loads of interesting facts. We all loved the 15 year old and bought a bottle. Fantastic tour - well don guys.

Knowing nothing about whisky (except that Americans spell it incorrectly), we went on this tour and learn it all from a well spoken and knowledgeable tour guide who could also speak French! Loved the smell of the whisky but drinking it is another thing! You get free tastings of the 12, 15, and 18 yr old whisky at the end... More

Picked this tour as it allowed 5yr olds on it. It was also free so wasn't expecting it to be great - but it was excellent. Very interesting and informative. The quality of customer care at the distillery is very impressive - well done.
