A small man-made lagoon provides a safe swim spot for little ones, and it's well used by locals and visitors alike. That said, it's never so crowded that you... More

Lovely beach with many stretches of sand or walk along the broad walk. Lovely views and some bars along the bay.

Lovely sandy beach. There is a man made lagoon which is great to paddle in and allows safe access to deeper waters. Lots of creatures in rock pools to look for.

.....What a lovely beach to walk along , or just find a palm tree & a sunbed. It is really safe with no one hassling or disturbing your sunbathing. The most effort required, is just to turn over & toast the other side. You can stroll forever along this beach, calling in at a few beach bars along the way... More

A lovely beach for morning strolls on the sand or on the boardwalk. Much of the stretch has calm swimming conditions (usually) and several spots for lounging under a coconut tree! We often stay at Coconut Court Beach hotel which has a sandy shoreline protected by a rocky breakwater. It has eroded over the years but it still works; though... More

The south side of Barbados has splendid beaches with a sprinkling of top notch restaurants. Sunsets are amazing from the bars and the new boardwalk that links Hastings with Rocklet. We enjoyed our visit to this lovely island where the people are so friendly.
