Not a bad little boardwalk spoiled by one wreck of a hotel and one not built at least 2 years behind time ....

Loved to spend time walking at the boardwalk with my family. We stopped several times to enjoy the view and take pictures

If you are holidaying here during the turtle nesting season then you will most defiantly see some turtle action. During my 10night stay I saw turtles all but one night. I saw them laying eggs, hatchlings making their way down the beach and also nearly fell over one the size of a coffee table which had made its way on... More

beautiful for walk at any time of day.. also interesting to sit at the bars along the way and just people watch ...late at night you may need a torch if the moon is not bright as it is not lit all the way along, but always perfectly safe . it is mostly busy with locals and tourists alike

Great way to take in the sunset or sunrise if you prefer over the ocean passing a number of restaurants and hotels on the way including Tapas, Blakeys, KFC whilst getting in some fitness. One of the best things the Government of Barbados put into effect, this Boardwalk. For the lovers, a great place to hangout and look at the... More

Every trip I have made to Barbados, I make a point of walking the Boardwalk at least once a day, great sunsets in the evening, you also walk past Tapas and Blakeys, which I highly recommend.

Hastings is where it's happening! A real boardwalk? Not exactly like New York's Coney Island;but good enough to enjoy walking,or jogging! I did that almost everyday during my stay here on the South Coast of Barbados! And the sunset touching the ocean is an absolute beauty to see and take a photo! Allamanda Beach Boardwalk stands out as a diamond... More

This boardwalk stretches along the beach from Hastings into Rockley beach. You can jog or just have a leisurely walk. There are bars/restaurant set up along the route that you can stop in and have a meal and a drink, like Blakeys &Tappas. Great place to take memorable pics, especially at around 6 pm...the ocean is the back drop and... More
