The 20 minute bus ride ( 2.05€) from Tarragona bus depot, platform 11 to Reus, dropped us off across from the Turismo office where maps provided guided us to the Gaudi Center. An introductory video on the third floor provided the background of the architect and as we progressed downward through the three floors, the audio guide explained the many... More

Sorry to say, but this was not a good experience ... First of all getting there! Absolutely no signage at all apart from one sign on the ring road. It was overpriced, (in comparison to all other museums we have visited in Spain). But the main problem was that there was really nothing in there of any substance at all.... More

We visited Barcelona in late 2014 and were so impressed with Gaudi's work, we had to come back. On the way back to the Reus airport, we were a bit early and as the airport is barely open in November, we visited the museum. Probably better if we had visited on our way to Barcelona - we would have understood... More

Our hotel told us about this centre and it was worth the visit, very informative. There are a couple of explanatory films and 3 floors of exhibition to walk around.

Reus is a beutiful small town which was the birth place of Antoni Gaudí. My wife and I are not what you would call "culture vultures" but the interactive Gaudí Experience blew our minds; I still find it difficult to comprend how one man (whose school reports showed he had problems with his arithmetic) could go on to envisage, design... The Gaudi Center is smack in the middle of Reus and it's a compact museum that shows you where Gaudi came from, how he got to being an architect and what he did during his life. The great thing is that all of this isn't explained in some dry, scientific way but where possible uses video and audio fragments, experiments... More

The Gaudi Center is a small star. In numerous ways you will get a broad experience of Gaudi, his life and his work. Included in the entrance fee you will be provided with a headset which automaticly adjust to what you are seeing. If you can choose, then go to this center before you are seeing his work in Barcelona... More

Nice way to get an understanding of Gaudi's legacy without having to read all the books! Also nice with children because you are allowed to touch everything. And there are movies that explain a lot. Very modern facility.
