This beautiful church located just off the main road between Altea and Calpe is well worth a visit. We went there to listen to 4 priests singing in harmony without music and with the impressive interior of the church with the acoustics there it was unforgettable.

You really must visit this church if you are travelling in the Altea Hills. It is simply spectactular. The day we visited it was very busy with tourists taking photographs and exploring.

Unfortunately on the day that we visited, we could not go inside as there was a locked metal screen across the door but you could still see inside. Do not visit on Sundays as it will be packed full of worshippers. Ladies... More

Interesting place to drop in on if you are passing - not sure I'd travel far out of my way - ladies have to wear headscarves inside (provided)

Unusual looks like something out of Disneyland. It is packed with Russian worshippers on Sundays. You must wear a headscarf, but these are provided.

Such a lovely building built from Baltic pine with a gold roof. Amazing inside, lovely gardens and just off the N332 from Calpe to Altea.
