*) The Venetian Macao runs its own Purple/dark blue colored buses with Venetian written in huge letters, very easy to identify from the Ferry Terminals itself at very frequent intervals, and drops you at the terminals as well when you want to return. Super-Convenient. The Venetian Hotel and Casino is located on the Cotai Strip and can be reached by... More

This huge mall with its cobblestone walkways, arched bridges and canals (along with singing gondoliers) is a replica of Venice. It is lined with branded and luxury shops. If you love shopping, you will love this place and forget about the time.

The Shopping area at Venetian is excellent, especially the ceiling design & lighting which gives it an early evening feeling & makes the whole place look lovely. The Canal the the centre with boats going up & down makes you feel just great.

This is really no night here, the calling painted blue sky tricks your minds that it's never nighttime here!! Shops here open 24 hours and you can shop shop shop. So many shops that you may get lost! Thanks to electronic directories, you are always guided. Try Lord Stow Portuguese Tarts, a must try food in Macau. It's a bit... More

This is the second time I visited the Grand Canal Shoppes. The first time was over ten years ago, and it was a lot more impressive then. If you're a shopper, you'll enjoy this place as it is full of shops and even more shops. There is a good variety of shops here as well, and if you want to... More

I visited The Grand Canal Shoppes frankly because of the K-Drama "Boys Over Flowers". So when I had the opportunity to visit Macau, this is one of the places I want to see with my own eyes. This italian themed mall (I think it is okay to call it a mall) is huge, with a blue sky as its ceiling.... More

The Largest Casino in the World with amazingly beautiful sky lights that lulls visitors into shopping without paying much attention to the time. This is not my first visit but is still a place worth visiting in Macau. Other than the branded shops, there are street performers, opera singer, gondola rides that brighten up the whole atmosphere. You can spend... More

A shopping experience par excellence. Meet wandering living statues or hear singing gondoliers at the canals. Look up the shining "blue skies" and experience Manchester United football. Looks enticing but don't take a bite.

The purpose of our day visit from Hong Kong was to see the House of Dancing Waters show at the City of Dreams (see separate review). However as the Venetian is virtually next door, we spent the afternoon there. The interior of the building is awesome in both size and the attempt to re-create the majesty of the real Venice....
