It was a windy day when we visited the beach at Playa Sucia. The water was a little rough and you encountered sharp rocks when you stepped out from the beach.

This beach was everything I'd read about it. Beautiful azure color of water, soft sand, remote, scenic. Not many people during the week. It wasn't that easy to find, but it was worth the trouble. One of the best beaches in Puerto Rico!

Beautiful location and access was safe and easy. Sufficient parking nearby. Mostly locals the day we were there. Would definitely be our go to beach in this area.

Also known as Playuela - most gorgeous beach in PR. Just a short walk in unless it is a crowded day. Go during the week.

Walk upon the soft sand. Swim in the calm clear water. Lounge under the palm trees. What else is there to say, you are out at the end of Cabo Rojo in a natural slice of heaven.

It's stormy in January but the water is clean and nestled within a cove among the salt beds. A Natural preserve to be taken cared and endured with love and care. I would come back again on a calm day.

The beach is located right next to the local Light House. Nice climb and views from the light house and also the cliffs on the other side of the beach. No services or restrooms are available so bring you own refreshments and help keep the beach and grounds clean by taking everything back home. Water is calm and refreshing with... More

This is one of my favorite places. I have read some reviews that make me cringe, so I feel I have to make some justice to my dear “Playa Sucia”. If you are planning to go there, here is all you need to know: 1. This is a natural reserve, so, if you are looking for a beach with bathroom... More
