One of the most beautiful beaches I've been to! The turquoise water is calm and beautiful. Take an umbrella, food and sunscreen. It's worth the trip, specially during the week.

My father found this beach many years ago rarely visited by locals or tourist. Now the word is out and more people frequent it. Roads are back roads dirt and dips but be adventurous and go. No bathrooms , no place to get a drink just sand and ocean. Some shaded areas but does get occupied quickly . I recommend... More

We went during the week and there were just a few people swimming and sunbathing. Nice beach but has some seaweed and the water is mostly clear due to the waves stirring up the sand. Not too many shells to be found here, mostly rocks. A great place to see and touch the Caribbean Sea. Definitely take the trails to... More

Just get there early and enjoy the surf and the sun. Best time to go is during the week, since you'll avoid all the weekend crowds. It’s right beside the Morrillos Light House and the Natural Reserve where you could do some hiking and exploring the area. Bring some snacks and water.

This was an amazing beach to visit. The drive to get there not so much, but once your are there the ride was worth it. There are strong waves in certain areas. I recommend swimming shoes as areas in the water have large rocks. This doesn't bother with the shoes. The view is amazing. There is nothing to eat there... More

It is worth the trip, the road is what you could expect in a natural reserve. The views from the lighthouse are amazing. You can go to the Centro Interpretativo de las Salinas and learn the history of the salt industries and the lighthouse. Beautiful beach, clear waters. One of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico!! BEST SUNSETS!!!

Excellent and beautiful beach. Warm, calm and cristal blue waters at the side of the Faro los Morrillos, a Spanish built Lighthouse recently remodeled. Very comfortable curved sand location.

The water is unreal here at this beach. It's called "dirty beach" because of the seaweed, which was annoying. Once you got out in the water the sand was the softest under my feet I had ever felt, and the waves were nice to jump in.

I must say this was a gem of a find and since we were staying in boquaron it was an easy ride. It wasn't packed, be careful of the parking because the police will ticket you. Lots of seaweed on the beach as the waves were rough but it's a natural gem and the kids loved it.
