Step off the fast boat, walk up the beach and arrive at the doorstep of Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga. This place is not just about the dive classes, breathing training and increasing your flexibility, this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay on the island. Yes, it may not suit the budget conscious traveler, but if your... More

Just perfect for freediving and staying on Gili T. Very nice accommodation and skilled staff for personal training or just fun. For freedivers a place you must visit.

First up, the yoga classes and teachers were brilliant. Such a beautiful space with very experienced Yoga teachers. I did the 7am class most mornings and it was a beautiful way to start the day. Acoom: I didn't do yoga 2 mornings I was there, instead did the evening classes, and on those 2 mornings I did not wake up... More

Having visited Gili T previously, I saw the Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga school. Even though I was not able to visit at the time, it prompted me to come back for a course. Mike, Gary, Victor and the rest of the guys there are all so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, encouraging and helpful. I completed the level 1 freediving course... More

I took the morning class at 7am which was such an amazing way to start the day before the daily hustle bustle begins. the studio is set back off the main road in a beautiful garden, on a large wooden platform under a thatched roof. The breeze flows nicely... More

Five classes in five days with the same instructor, Kate, on four of them. Each class was fantastic! Kate has such a calm but encouraging way of teaching and managed to cater for a huge range of abilities within the class. Every class was quite varied. Loved them all!
