We were lucky to be there for the medieval festival and it was great (even though medieval festivals were not our taste) Beautiful old buildings and a great workout walking all the little streets inside the walls. Perfect for working up an appetite for the most beautiful restaurant in all Ibiza. Tentazione, located in D'Alt Vila. Very romantic, ask for... More

We stayed in Ibiza Town at Hotel Maritimo, close walking distance to Dalt Villa. After stopping for a breakfast of croissants and coffee we walked up to Dalt Villa to take a look around. Walking through the beautiful old cobbled streets you feel transported into another time and place, it's something out of a movie or a painting. The streets... More

Take a taxi up as far as they go. Views are fantastic. Walk round the ramparts. Plenty of info about the towers etc. Go through the tunnel in the wall, up lots of steps and come out by the church. Worth going inside. Walk down narrow winding cobbled streets, enjoy getting lost, something to see round every corner, have a... More

D'Alt villa, the cathedral and castle dominate the area around Eivissa (Ibiza town), so as you approach from any direction it catches the eye. You can walk up or take a bus quite a long way up. Lower down there are shops and restaurants, but in the upper streets, above plaza d'espana there are none, so if you need to... More
