We did this as part of a Thomson evening excursion. Coach stopped at the marina and we had 2 hours to climb up and back. Well worth the walk - cobbled, narrow streets with al fresco restaurants and boutiques. Best to set off about 30 minutes before sunset, so you can watch the sun going down and experience the nighttime... More

It is quite a wee bit uphill to this attraction but it was worth the climb in the heat. The views are spectacular and can see for miles, so much to see in the castle the architecture is wonderful but wear comfy shoes.

Well worth a visit, lovely views over the harbour and bay, walk through the cobbled arch to the top where there are olde cannons looking out to sea, there is also a small cafe.

So beautiful. There's loads of good restaurants and a really amazing jewellery shop ran by an Italian man. Feels like something out of an 80s film.

it is very nice to walk on top of the fortified walls. You may appreciate the beauty of the sea looking toward Formentera and compare it with the ugly view of the modern town. Also walking down in the narrow street is nice and offer you nice spots. A lot of renovation works have been held inside the walls, sometimes... More

Definitely worth to visit. As it's too hot during the day I would suggest to come as early as possible and just walk around the streets. Cafes start to work from 10 pm and meanwhile you'll do a nice walk around the caste. You still have plenty of time to visit cathedral, but won't kill yourself on the sun. The... More

You never thought in Ibiza Island there could be such beauty! Historical Reason would make necessary to build up such a fort against the attach of Arabs! The view is amazing you can see Formentera, Playa and Bossa on the south side and Eivissa town and north side of Island on the opposite side. The internal walk through short tunnels... More

Nice castle with a nice view over the whole ibiza city. It is easy to walk and there are a lot of shops where you can buy something to eat, drink or some diffrents ice creams. It it worth it to do this sightseeing
