Made the trip here while on a boys holiday for a bit of culture away from the rabble of San Antonio and was certainly glad i bothered.Worth the hungover slog up to the top of this beautiful old castle/fort to see the stunning views out to sea on a sunny day with all the luxury yachts meandering around the area.... This is the highlight of the town of Eivissa and. arguably, the island! Now gives away a good clue about my age! As other reviewers have stated it's a steep climb to the top but don't let that put you off, the views at the top are lovely and well worth the effort. There is lots to see on the... More

The castle and the church is really good. We walked from the dock area directly to the top of the caste. It takes around one hour but with a young children that create some issues. Very good and great views and panoramic orizon.

Ibiza castle is located by the sea in the old Town and is a World Heritage Site. The walk uphill is very steep, but a scooter can be hired to take you up and down if mobility is a problem. The stunning views from the top of the castle are worth the effort. Shops, cafes, restaurants and small houses all... More

We walked up on a cloudy September morning. It can be hard but the views from the top are worth it. We walked back down following the road.

Quite a climb to the top but the views are well worth it. The streets have character and a number of shops to stop and visit. A "must do" if you're visiting Ibiza Town.

The castle of Ibiza,I find extremely fasinating,in the three weeks in Ibiza I go up to the castle ( old town) at least four times a week a long walk up those hills and steps, the old Roman Govenors quarters , the chapel the museum, not foregetting the fantastic view

A fairly strenuous climb to the top but lots of quaint stores to slow you down. Go early in the day when it is cooler. Good views over the bay and the old town
