Reflecting on my recent trip to the Philippines, I would have to say that this freediving course was one of the absolute highlights! It was a really interesting, super-unique insight into this impressive extreme sport. It was also of great benefit to our future snorkelling trips, as by using the relaxation and breathing techniques we learned, we were able to... More

We are so happy that we chose to learn to freedive with Freediving Philppines and can't recommend Wolfgang and his team highly enough. My girlfriend and I were complete beginners when we came to the Aida 2** course. We met Wolfgang at the resort for day 1 of training and from the word go he was both a very calming... More

The beauty of freediving was really that in just 3 days the course made me do things I would have never thought would be possible. Also excellent staff, great teachers, professional, a joy to have done this. I advice this to anybody!

Thanks to Carlo Navarro for the amazing instruction, safety dives, go pro footage and hospitality! I could not of been happier with the whole experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We were not newbies when we come for AIDA *** course. We had two main goals: improve our personal best in freediving and to get AIDA *** certificates. Our instructor was Carlo. I could say thank to him. It was not really easy for. I've got a blackout in a pool, blood bleeding from my nose for 3 days, and... More

Thanks for your reply. Great that you passed. Blackouts happen very seldom and i hope it did not scare you off. Keep in mind Freediving is a safe sport even when these blackouts happen since you know now how to safely handle one. Nose bleeding sometimes can happen when divers have a hard time equalizing in the beginning and push... More

Been scuba diving for a couple of years and wanted to try something new. Our instructor was Carlo, and he was very good; great knowledge about how the body reacts to diving and very reliable when we were out diving.

I did the AIDA 2* course together with a friend while traveling in the Philippines. The instructors Carlos and Rinante were very good at explaining the theory behind the various techniques and come with hands on advice. The free dives in the ocean were great - diving in a massive school of sardines and seeing a big turtle on our... More

When we visited Moalboal in March, it rained 90% of or trip and we were unable to do a tour we had scheduled with another company, but Wolfgang and his team made sure we still got to do as much as possible and shuttled us around for a very eventful day seeing whale sharks, canyoning and free diving with sardines....
