This is the place where taxis, buses and shuttles drop you off. Convenient to the old fortress and the Palace of St. Michael and George. There is a stand offering horse carriage rides, lots of vendors selling all kinds of touristy things. Its pretty open aired and uncrowded as its huge.

This green patch is in front of the Liston in Corfu so it is in a great setting. Every Sunday in summer, cricket is played here reminiscent of the British influence which can also be seen in the magnificent Corfu castle.

We ate a delicious gyros. The pork, tzatziki and the salade was perfectly made, and tasted wonderful. Very good outdoor locations, and free wifi.

You should visit this, sit and watch the world go by,perhaps even see a cricket match, not what you would expect to see in Greece. A charming reminder of Kerkerya being a British protectorate. Go to see a slice of Corfiot life, especially at the Orthodox Easter celebrations.

Nice central square with lots of activity, especially at night. People gather there, especially teenagers, and events are held there such as music of various types. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

Lovely location, we chose to eat early evening after reading reviews on trip advisor. Menu was ordinary, no real selection so we chose a Greek salad and pizza pepperoni with half carafe on wine. The waiter had nothing about him, when the salad arrived in was piled on a side plate with no dressing! The pizza arrived - bland would... More

If you want to see the Greek life style you have to go and sit at the Spianada and watch the people pickniking, the children playing and the youngsters playhing foot. Amazing.
