If you love shopping this is the place to go. You will be fascinated by this dedalo of streets full of little shops nestled in the white houses of Chora.. The most famous is Matoyianni Street, which is the main shopping street.. a sort of NYC's 5th Avenue, but in Mykonos style.

I will start all my analyses for Mykonos with the fact that wherever you go you shall expect higher prices than average because this is MYKONOS! Therefore, please do not whine about how expensive things are here. If that was an issue, there are multiple other nice greek islands to go. Packed with people and with lots of shops/bars/restaurants this... More

Confusion, full of people who show off, shops with very expensive prices fooling the fashion victims that deserve it, and at the end of the day you gain nothing.

When in mykonos you have to pass by this street. It is the gate for shops, bars and restaurants. In addition to the shopping aerea. Too many shops, but i didn't find anything important to buy. Prices are expensive and no good marks. But it is nic to walk along.
