Make sure you see the birds of prey display. Otherwise it's a fairly standard small zoo. All be it one that feels a bit like a botanical garden. It's expensive at 20 Euros per person, but they do provide cheap or even free buses to the site, depending on where you are staying. The water park was closed when I... More

Once at the Rancho my husband and I realised that this was our first trip to a zoo by ourselves without children or grandchildren. So we actually had time to take a leisurely walk over the whole site. We were encouraged that the animals all looked healthy and were in very suitably sized accommodation. Arrived late afternoon and we were too late for the shows. So we paid in to have a look around the park that day and the option to come back any other day & see the shows. Lovely to walk around the park and see the variety of animals. I'd never seen an armadillo before. Took a while to spot... More

The jugs of beer and sangria on the tables were constantly refilled as soon as they were emptied. There was stacks of food - BBQ & very good salad. The entertainment was fun. One point, don't hang back JOIN IN you'll be laughing so much and want to return. Get there early for a front row seat.. Thank you to... More

We had a lovely day out here. Nice sunny weather, great animal shows and presentations and a nice little playground. My kids loved the little canoes and the pony ride (cost an extra €2 each).

The nightlife show is definately recommended to go see as its fun for everyone of all customer types and theres so many things to do there. You can also go in the day which i also recommend for a lovely day out to the zoo and waterpark within the park itself.

Great day, pool was a bit too cold for my liking. Queues for the 2 slides where not very long, food was basic and expensive for drinks and ice creams good journey looking at the sights.
