Alessandro accommodated us at the last minute and he was wonderful! We rode n his very nice large van around the Valpolicella wine region. Alessandro shares a lot of interesting information about this are and about the grape growing culture. We went to an amazing ancient hilltop village with Roman ruins and loads of charm. Then we went to a... More

Well organised and informative trip. The guide was very knowledgeable. The tour of the winery and the tasting are excellent. We bought a few bottles to bring home. Would go back to that winery when visiting Northern Italy.

Our trip with Davide was to Sirmione and a family run winery in the Laguna region. In all honesty, the Sirmione aspect was a disappointment. Sirmione is a victim of it's own success - it is pretty being on the shores of Lake Garda but hordes of people flock to it as a result. The quaint cobbled streets cannot cope... More

A wine tour organizer who picked us up from central Verona (Italy) and took us on a great wine tour in the Valpolicella region. The tour included a really interesting stop at one of the oldest Christian Churches still surviving in the region, with a stunning view of Lake Garda and the vineyards which we also stopped at. Very friendly... More

Davide picked us up promptly and took the six of us to the Valpolicella hills to visit a historic very old church, then onto the family owned winery. Davide is a historian and extremely knowledgable about the region. The wines were superb, and we learned how to pick the fruit all the way through the bottling of the wine. Very... More

I wish there was a good rating because the tour was better than average, but not really very good. Our tour guide was especially knowledgeable and brought us to "out of the way" places that were intriguing. He even arranged for us to visit a village church in time for a wedding. His knowledge of vineyards and Valpolicella was excellent.... More

Great company. I booked a tour last minute with David who was very accommodating. I arrived at the designated spot by the castle and met Allesandro, who was taking the tour that day. They had messed up and forgot my reservation and initially did not have room. David immediately offered to come and pick me up for a private tour.... More

Davide Canteri cel: 39 349 157090 was our guide. Very polite and excellent in English, turns out he is a history teacher and his family is leaving in the Valpolicella area for more than three generation. So we did not have only a great tour in the area and a great wine tasting experience, but we also got an overview... More

Booked this Valpolicella and Amarone tour before we flew to Italy. It was so easy to do and Davide was so helpful. When we met Davide we knew immediately what a genuine and nice man he was, and it turned out that his business partner Allessandro was no different , two really decent people and a pleasure to be in... The good folks of Verona are justifiably proud of their Volpolicella and Amarone wines that are the creations of unique wine making techniques. We were stumbling home after a memorable night at the wonderful Bottega Del Vino where one of the waiters introduced us with pride to the best of the V and A made in the district. My partner... More
