We got the 101 bus from Komtar and it took us about 30 minutes. If you ask the driver, they usually drop you off right outside (if possible) where you want to go. There was two maybe three signs pointing us in the direction of the museum. Yes, it is slightly out of the way and the price of 30RM... More

Went there earlier today with my wife, my 9 year old daugther and two of my nieces. Looking for this place was so tricky. I believe no one would ever find it right away. Sharp turn to a narrow entrance from the main road (and only can be accesed by one car at a time) was actually hinted me out... More

The museum is nothing more than some toys displayed in dusty glass cabinets. It looks like somebody's old furniture display. There were some life sized movie characters but nothing creative in any of the displays. did not live up to the description at all. The heritage garden had some dried up plants and did not look well maintained. Not worth... More

We caught the bus out to the Tou Museum with three kids. The brochure we had been given stated a price of RM15 for adults and RM10 for children but the price on the door was double this. The woman at the door palmed us off and told us that the brochure was for locals pricing. I am sure a... More

Well, yes, its slightly difficult to locate the location. We went in March 2013. I do agree with other reviewers that the set up is not exactly as exotic as other museums (dont imagine it to be like the museum you saw in the movie "night at the museum"), but hey..we should applause the collectors effort in sharing his toys... It's complete waste of time. Even my 6 year-old daughter was disappointed. Everything looks cheap and nasty. The Malaysian tourism authority should close this place.

1. This museum is a pain to find. 2. Poor ventilation, very stuffy 3. It's just glass cabinets, stored with toy models...it's like you enter to a toy shop, the difference is toy shop need no pay lol 4. Price not worth it, really....

It was frustrating searching for the museum. We went to the old address at Jalan Tanjung Bungah and was told they had moved to Jalan Teluk Bahang. The new place was off the main road and the sign they put up by the road was not visible. The place was like a cheap warehouse which they called a museum. Toys... More

First, this museum was located at a very remote area, which may cause the foreigners feels difficult to find this place. The museum's outlook was just ordinary, which you may think it is more likely a store rather than a museum. The entrance fees was high, RM30 for foreigners and RM15 for locals, what you can see upon entering the... More
