Nancy met us at our ship and spent the morning taking us around as well as giving us the history of the town and the region. At the central market we sampled a variety of foods and had all of our questions answered. Our sampling included fruit, cheese, olives and fresh raw oysters. At the cheese shop we picked up... More

Nancy met us from our Cruise ship. We had a lovely morning walking around beautiful and unspoilt Sete. The tour was very interesting and the food was lovely. Liked the town so much we're considering going back there for a holiday!

We had a wonderful time with Nancy. Our people from California enjoyed a shorter city walk and market tasting. Please note, the vendors you visit get paid at the end of the month for the food used for the tasting. Special treat at the baker. We all loved it. Nancy was also available to join us for a 6 course... More

It was a half day walking tour of Sete including a trip to the Market, cheese shop, wine shop and much more. Nancy was very knowledgeable and helpful with our etiquette on French cuisine.

Take this tour as early as you can during your stay in Sète so you can take advantage of all the foodie intros Nancy gives you. Skip breakfast and fill up on a morning of nibbles, wine and a smattering of local history.

The tour is packed with Nancy's knowledge of the local foods and relationships with so many different merchants. We visited the cheese store and learned about roquefort, the oyster merchant who instructed us on shucking oysters, the most amazing pastry chef and many more. Besides spending hours getting information on food, we learned the history of the area. Nancy's tours... More

We participated in the gourmet walking tour, and short to say, we had a wonderful experience. The friendly, we'll prepared and incredibly helpful host, Nancy, guided us through the many sights in the wonderful city of sete, introducing us to many of the passionate vendors and craftsmen, that all stood ready offering us a sample of their products. It seemed... More

One of the highlights of our recent trip was the Gourmet Walking Tour of Sete. We visited so many shops and was able to taste something at each stop. We had bread, Roquefort cheese, oysters, fruit, dessert and so much more. Nancy was amazing. Really an experience and one that we will be talking about for years. Thanks Nancy
