The place offers wide variety of speciality teas and can easily lost away to choose one. The staff and Manager Mr. Biswas were very courteous and guides you well in tea selection, Store also offers tea for tasting. Must buy for exotic tea lovers and for gifting purpose as well.

☕The Tea at 🌟Golden Tips Tea Shop🌟 was excellent......!!! A good sip of 🍀Oolong tea🍀 was the best thing after that snowy day❄at Tsamgo Lake. I have already ordered my types of teas. Butthe last of the three teas delivered to me by Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. is now up for review, and it’s one of my favorite all-time teas – Darjeeling. So this tea has a lot to prove! Upon opening the pack an instant hay-like aroma hits me and brings back... More

A little cozy shop with warm ambience with a small tea parlour. You can taste the tea before buying. Resonable rates. Very good service.

The best part about Golden Tips is that you can try many of the teas before buying. The selection is quite impressive and the sales staff is very knowledgeable about the teas, tho I felt a bit pressured to get fancier stuff than I'd intended. The high end tea is quite expensive but there are some lower-end ones that are... More

Darjeeilng Golden tips is more professional and knowledgable. This shop is more like a retail outlet feeling but they also have the tea menu. Just comparing both shops of same chain, I wud say that if you are visiting darjeeling also, you should visit that shop.
