There are several sandy beaches between Los Christianos and Costa Adeje but this beach surrounded by many restaurants/bard and shops is by far the best.Take your time at one of the local bars and watch the world go by.Also watch out for the many battered powered mobiles---there are 100's if not more.the harbour also caters for inter-island traffic with large... We walked along the promenade and the bay was on the left. There was a sailing boat and a cruise liner moored. The beach was dark sand-loads of umbrellas and people on it. There are plenty of snack and drink stalls, restaurants and bars all along it. The annoying thing is that even off peak the staff still try to... More

What a lovely place, small and beautiful formed but close enough to the bigger resorts for all the excitement if that floats your boat. Talking of boats, the island, La Gomeros can be reached using the Fred Olsen ferry which leaves from the harbour.

Not many nice boats, mainly the ferry, nice promenade leading both sides away from it, with plenty bars and restaurants and sandy beaches.

Interesting small but very commercial harbour.Lots going on everything very clean and separated out. Beach was nice for a town centre.Plenty of restaurants and cafes to watch the world go by. The walk along the harbour wall is long and interesting

You can still see the port and canarian character through the tourist paraphernalia. Lots of places to get fed and waters or just walk along and enjoy the views and hustle of a working port.
