This was our favorite beach on Mykonos. An umbrella and chair for the afternoon were affordable, there were plenty fo restaurants and bars, but not too too many people, which was nice. There's a nice rock you can swim out to and good estiatorios on all sides for dinner, lunch, etc. if you want something a bit nicer. easy, short... More

The area was clean and the beach was lined with a number of restaurants and bars, at affordable prices. You can purchase drinks at the restaurants, which then also provides a beach chair at no additional cost. The water was warm and calm.

Quite a lively beach in summer. You can get your beer/snacks from supermarkets which are on the way to the beach. The water is crystal clear and a delight for snorkelling. Get your own equipment if you love to snorkel.

Platsis Gialos is just a short bus ride from Mykonos town. When you reach the beach, you think you're in paradise as the water is blue and crystal clear. The beach is lined with restaurants and shops, and you can hire a sunbed and umbrella to laze the hours away. We go there every time we visit Mykonos.

this was a beautiful beach and had many interesting restaurants. My family and I really enjoyed walking along the path and seeing all of the different types of foods offered by each place. Many cruise ships came into this location so it was a bit crowded at loading and unloading times.

While this is undoubtedly a wonderful beach and crystal clear waters, the beach is fully organised with sunbeds and parasols packed closely....very little room to lay a towel down and do your own thing. There are several bars, shops, cafes and restaurants alongside and facilities for various activities on/in the water.

This beach was close to the hotel where we were staying. It was a white sand beach and the hotel we stayed in provided sun beds on the beach with the hotel stay. The restaurants on beach were quite good. Enjoyed the Calamari and wood fired pizzas as well as the fruity drinks and Greek Ouzo and beer!

Our hotel was right on the beach, otherwise it's 15 minute ride from Mykonos center. The beach is packed with hotels and their private beaches, but they offer to use their long chairs if you purchase food from hotel restaurants. The beach is yellow silky sand, the water is so calm and clear, I've never seen anything like that in... More
