This beach has lovelyvsoft, golden sand. The watervis turquoise ble. There is always a great breeze..It is very nice to walk along it. There are various rocky areas which give it some character. You would be lucky to find a nicer beach although the beach at Corralejo is also lovely. My husband preferred the beach in Jandia

Direct in front of the Hotel Melia Gorriones and stretching for miles. It is a fantastic stretch of unspoilt sand and is a centre for kite and wind surfers.

Stunning beach with beautiful clear water. Going to this beach is the highlight of my holiday every year but be aware when it gets really windy the sand can be cutting as we learnt this year when walking back along beach to car. Wont put me off returning though.

Miles of beautiful sandy beach, safe bathing. Unfortunately, the best bits are difficult to reach, even with a car (steep dirt roads, diffcult to spot from the main road).

Looks really nice from the top of the hill and when you are down. A lot of water sports around so that means its really windy.

Even if you are not staying in the surrounding area if you have transport both Risco del Paso and Playa Barca are worth visiting....We always try and go when the tide is turning as the sight of the sandbars is just wonderful to see and it is lovely to walk through the water knee deep to get to the next... It is a wide, immence beach with great sand! It was very windy unfortunately . There are no beach services on playa risco delbpado not even a toilet. On playa de la barca there is a nice bar inside the place for renting kitesurfing equipment with free internet. The beaches are suitable for kitesurfing and windsurfing, begginers mostly.
