I know that many people like the fact that the park is all inclusive but I am not a fan. My husband and I visited the park alone; I think my review would be different if we had kids or were 18 - 26 years old. There were a lot of families and young teens people in their early 20s... More

We spent a day here and enjoyed all of the things which were included: Lazy river run, zip lines, snorkelling, biking and food & drinks. We didn't spend the extra on the dolphin or manatee experiences as we've done that on another trip. It was a fairly windy day which caused the water to be a bit murky and more... More

We came to Xel-Ha again, as we come almost every year. The weather forecast said it was going to rain, but we only got one shower, at about 9ish and it didn't bother us at all. The inlet was as quiet as we have ever seen it. We did the zip bikes and they were a good concept. All the... More

Xel-Ha Park is beautiful - and worth the visit. We did take a 5 month old baby with which as you can imagine wasn't that much fun as the sunblock isn't that great for babies. No matter what thee age of your kids are its definitely worth the visit - some parts of the lagoon were a bit "cloudy" but... More

We booked Xel-Ha through our resort, so we were picked up by bus early in the day and got to the park shortly after it opened. After a quick buffet breakfast, we headed straight out to snorkel. Fantastic swim with colourful fish and even a manta ray or two! We also enjoyed the lazy river but snorkeling was by far... More

We went here in a combo package with a trip to Tulum. It was a well run park but a lot of the attractions were extra. We did all the included items except the swim in cave. It was a very windy day and difficult to snorkel from the river to the inlet. The water was very cloudy (more than... More

I went to Xel-ha Mexico attraction in May 2013 with a friend. It was by far the best attraction i've ever visited. It was quite cheap, a coach picks you up from your hotel in the morning (about an hour and a bit drive from Cancun) there are dolphins you can swim with but have to pay extra at the... More

Beautiful lagoon with cool fish and vegetation. The best part in my opinion are the caves. The water is beautiful but sometimes the water gets cloudy and it's hard to find fish. I love the natural aspect of the lagoon, however, you definitely feel like you're in a park. There seem to be a good amount of locals and many... More

Fantastic views and swimming. We swam with the dolphins and just swam and wandered around the complex. Crystal clear waters and views you can only dream off.

as 30 somethings without kids we still enjoy Xel-Ha. The park is great for snorkeling, going on the lazy river or zip lining. we always plan on spending only a few hrs when we go, but always end up being there open to close. The best part for all is that fact that all food/beverages are included with admission so... More
