Brilliant, waters clear. I highly recommend taking a water proof camera because you can get some brilliant pictures of the fish swimming beneath you. They have photographers who will takephotos of you round the park that correspond with your wristband. Then you can look at them on screens around the park. This is a very good idea. However the cost... More

It was a great, relaxing day there. The food was great. Snorkeling was great. We love the whole day. We walked through the woods, snorkeled and saw all kinds of pretty fish, took lots of fun pictures, snorkeled in a cave, relaxed in hammocks, shopped in the gift shops. It was definately worth it. I highly recommend it.

I have visited this park twice now, once in 2011 & the other time yesterday. Its a lovely day out at a natural park. Its really big takes you a while to snorkel round but you have all day to spend there. The dinner is nice, the shops are good & cheap and the service is good. The only minor... More

Wasn't what we had hoped for. We heard great things about this place but found it very boring. The river tube was way too slow going. We ditched the tubes and decided to swim it instead (not recommended for weak swimmers) The park is really just second rate compared to Xcaret. The food we ate there wasn't really that great.... Great reefs. Life jacket and snorkelling equipment given if you go to start of river you do not need to pay a deposit as they take your belongings off you and put them in a locked bag and give you the key. I was a first time snorkelled when I went to Mexico and I loved every minute of it!... More

We had a day trip here, all inclusive booked with Thomas Cook excursions, paid about 60GPB. We absolutely loved it, there was loads to do, we took the reps advice and covered the whole park. We didn't want to pay for any extra activities but found there was enough to keep us going; lazy river, snorkelling, zip lines, cliff jumping,... More

Wonderful outdoor park perfect for families/couples/friends. It has activities for fun and just to kick back and relax. Small zip lining, cliff jumping, lots of food and some what of a "lazy river". Take your family and spend the day. There are additional experiences for extra $ but we passed.

Brilliant! So much to do!! Love the fact you can take your picture all over the place! Water is great and the food is amazing! (if you like that kind of thing.. beans, rice, nice Mexican stews...) The only negative thing I would say about the park is that being an all inclusive you would expect that all food and... More

My husband and I went here as part of our honeymoon and it was fantastic. There is so much to do zip lines, lazy river, bike riding, snorkelling and all the food and drink was included in the price. If you go definitely pay the $79 for the photo package we have some great memories from that. We will definitely... More

My wife, good friend and her boyfriend visited Xel-ha today. Xel-ha positives: natural water park (period). It's pretty amazing to have a natural water park at your fingertips. The all inclusive food. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't horrible. It was edible and actually good for an all inclusive food buffet. The drinks were cool. If you like shots,... More
