This is a natural park where basically you are free to swim in this natural aquarium and look all the fishes and animals around. Is a really nice experience but riuned by the price really to high.

You can spend a full day in here, 6 adults and 2 children in our group for the day, started with some of our party swimming with dolphins, our 11 year old Grandson loved this. There is a large lagoon with tyres/inflatable rings that you can use to float around in. You can also pay a refundable deposit for snorkel...

During my short visit to Cancun, Xel-Ha was my favorite place that we visited. This Eco park really is in a beautiful setting located at the edge of the ocean. The water is a mixture of salt and freshwater because it is where the freshwater Xel-Ha river meets the ocean. The park facilities are well kept and everything is very...

We booked our trip through our front desk at Westin Lagunamar Cancun. It seemed pricey. We were picked up early in the morning at our hotel by a huge coach bus. Big comfy seats, nice A/C. We had to make a few more stops at other hotels to pick up more customers. Then we hit the highway. For about 12...

My husband and I LOVED Xel-Ha. We bought tickets in the lobby of our hotel (including transportation) and got a pretty decent price. The bus picked us up at the resort right on time at 8:05 and we were among the first people inside the park. We started off with a little bit of snorkeling in one of the indicated...

Had a lovely day at Xel-Ha. Weather was beautiful and it's a relaxing and fun place. Take your time and relax here but only go if you like swimming and snorkelling and messing about on or in water. If you want to swim with the dolphins, this is a wonderful place to do it, and you don't need to pre-book....

If you rent a car for your vacation, I suggest you drive to Xel-Ha yourself. xel-Ha opens everyday at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 6:30 p.m. We went on a tourbus and didn't get their till 10:30 and had to be back at the bus by 5:30. Xel-Ha is like a super-giant aquarium that flows right up to the ocean....

What a massive disappointment Xel-ha is! Our Thomson representative told us that it was an opportunity to swim with marine life in a natural lagoon, marvel at the unspoilt beauty and indulge in the all inclusive food. In reality the lagoon marine life is poor (non-existent) the park is over commercialised and the food is terrible. The snorkelling at any...

First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We regret that our natural park Xel Ha, where amateur and expert snorkelers can have an enjoyable and relax day experience to swim with over 90 different species of fish did not exceed your expectations. Nowadays, our inlet is the home for a...

First time visitor. Nice to spend the whole day at your own pace. Not crowded for the amount of people there. Good food and refreshments. Very well laid out and lots to see and do. Great for the whole family. Should not be missed. Good value for the price.
