My girlfriend and I set out on this adventure highly looking forward to it and Xel-Ha did not disappoint! The food was top notch and the activities were never ending! From roaming through the jungle to snorkeling to cliff jumping and zip lining there was so much to do! All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable with anything you... More

I went to the Park with my daughters and they loved it! They are 6y and 8y, and they've enjoyed the snorkel and swim. The infrastructure is very good and I would recommend you to swim with dolphins in the Park. It is the best option in Cancun for that. Don't expect that much from the food. It is not... More

Where else can you swim with tropical fish, dolphins, manitees and rays at the same time as chilling out in a lazy river drifting through mangroves. Bring some adrenaline with high dives and zip wires and finish off by exploring the surrounding jungle and cave diving. So much fun and enough to fill the whole day.

At first I thought this place was a little expensive for what it was, but after visiting I can tell you that it was well worth We reserved our tickets online the day before (15% off) and made sure to pay in pesos to save even more (don't ever pay in dollars in a foreign country unless you have no... Lots of fun activities. Food was good. The park is very big so it never felt overly-crowded. We got their early, which was nice to avoid the afternoon crowd. Don't need to bring your phone because there are photo stations everywhere and then you can buy a USB with the pictures at the end of your day. Fun trip for... More

Wasn't that impressed with this place even though we looked forward to it most of the holiday. We got picked up at 10.00 and were only a 5 minute drive away. By the time we got there everything had sold out so couldn't pay for any extras. Glad we didn't swim with the dolphins though because their enclosures were really... More

We are driving home from this trip and I could not wait to write this review. This is a natural park no slides water rafting cheesy piped music or vendors with balloons on every corner. However if you want to see tropical fish cenote Rays this is the place. The second you step in the water literally down the step... More

Ask for a map before hand, as you don't realise the size of this place and you spend half the time searching for maps. First and foremost, the dolphin experience was amazing, we paid for the whole platinum experience and we got 45 minutes in the water with the Dolphins, very hands on. Only downside is my little sister who's... More

There isn't a bad thing to say about this place. Great food and drink, plenty of choice where to eat. lots of things to do to keep any child (big or small) busy. A great chance to swim with Dolphins.

My family and I loved our visit to Xel-Ha and will definitely return on our next trip to Mexico. We went snorkeling, zip lining, swam with the dolphins, etc. We were there for 10 hour and still couldn't fit all the fun activities available into our day! Our entrance fee included all-inclusive food and drinks as well as our snorkel... More
