The Castle is the main touristic sight in Kamyanets-Podilskiy. It was quite interesting to visit it, but the most impressive was the view of the Castle from the City and the view from a nearby bridge to the canyon of River Smotrich

An amazing castle to wonder through and discover the craftsmanship and design laid down so many years ago.

The caste is situated very close to the old town. I visited the castle in the middle of September with my family, and we spent here an unforgettable day. The castle was renoveted recently, so most of the towers and the walls are in very good condition, there are only some places where reconstruction is necessary. The museum is small... More

This castle has a rich history and remained in quite good condition as for another Ukrainian castles. I was impressed by this castle and special spirit of this place. If you visit it, you have to try local food in a castles yard cafe and take a lesson of firing from bow and crossbow. You can also visit a museum... More

Undeniably the most beautiful and interesting place in the town. Initially built in XIV century (or even as early as XI century) as a stronghold of that-day Podil Principality (Kniazivstvo). Significantly re-built in XVII century – at that moment this part of Ukraine was owned by Poland. What to expect: • You will see a beautiful well-renovated fully-stone castle and... More

Great atmosphere of the middle ages, and very beautiful view. I advise you to take an excursion to learn the history of the castle and the period in which it was built and developed.

Altogether, looks too modern for its age. Too hot in summer :-) Some interesting activities inside. Better take a guided tour.
