SeaWorld Catamaran Cruises are most comfortable and upmarket. You are almost guaranteed to see whales. My experience has varied from having rough seas to a more calm trip. The cover on the top deck is in the shape of a whale tail (to scale). I have always seen whales on each trip I have been on. The staff have always... More

I went with my parents for mums bday and we had a great day. Obviously if you get seasick then take medicine beforehand. The boat is fantastic but no matter how stable or the hull design an open ocean has waves. We saw plenty of whales and were lucky to have a whale actually breach beside the boat. Snacks are... More

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Wasn't sure what to expect and a little dubious initially. Saw many whales, mostly somewhat distant, but two were close by towards the end. Very comfortable and upmarket boat and the crew were very helpful, informative and attentive. Not sure what the other Gold Coast Operations are like or what they charge,... More

I went into this pretty skeptical... thinking we would see a splash or two in the distance over a period of two hours. I was all ready to claim the money back guarantee! Well, I was wrong, very wrong. We saw so many whales we became blasé about it. We motored off the coast and within thirty minutes we were... More

Excellent customer service. The boat was very modern and clean. It was a little rough the day we went out, although we had taken sea-sick pills and were all ok. Others were affected and the crew were really great and extremely helpful and understanding with them. Had a great time and saw plenty of whales. They are really onto finding... More

We enjoyed our whale watching experience so much! The Sea World crew were excellent and very sensitive to the whales and their environment. We were entertained by the whales for such a long time as they were very curious about the boat and kept coming very close. Could not praise the crew any higher- very professional at all times.

By far the best trip to view the whales. Highly knowledgable staff, very safety conscious and with first class commentary. Although the boat was only two short of capacity there was plenty of room to move around to take photos. Also plenty of viewing areas for those who chose to remain seated. Would recommend this experience.

The Sea World Whale Watch vessel is designed specifically to ensure that disabled passengers have the same quality of whale watching experience as an able bodied person. We are the only whale watching company on the Gold Coast with full disabled access and disabled facilities on board. These facilities include wheelchair access to the vessel, a large disabled toilet facility,... More

This was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this tour over any other whale watch operator. The way other boats behaved when we were close to the whales was really hard to watch. The SeaWorld boat is very quiet and you could tell how relaxed the whales were around the boat. As soon as the other noisy boats rocked up the... More
