The sea was rough and half the people on the vessel got sick but the staff were very helpful with assisting them at the same time trying to spot the whale. They were also friendly and did not lose a smile until the end. The whale and dolphins came so close to the side of the vessel, so this was... More

We followed a small pod of whales during the tour today. The boat was immaculate and the whales put on a very good show for us. But the customer service was what really stood out. I was feeling a little ill this morning before we started the tour and hadn't had much sleep, as a result I got very sea... More

My family and I were visiting from Canada and took the Sea World cruise for whale watching. The boat is absolutely beautiful, none like it, spotless and also air conditioned. Staff is excellent, courteous and very knowledgeable. Before you even see the whales, as you head out to sea, you encounter a beautiful view of the gold coast sky line,... More

My parents were visiting the Gold Coast in July and after taking them to the Hinterland and up to Q1, I thought it would be nice to take them to sea too! I checked all the Tripadvisor reviews for Whale Watching on the GC and decided to go with Sea World. My dad is quite a large man in height... More

Great boat ,lovely staff. We went when the weather was a bit rough.but still enjoyed it. Not as much sightings as we would of hoped. but we did see a mother and calf. Need a good camera with zoom. Make sure you hang on with both hands if the weather is rough. If it is rough on the day you... More

We wanted to see the whales and SeaWorld offered a great deal with a whale watching trip and 1 day admission to the park for a great price. The SeaWorld boat I thought was brand new and I was told it was five years old. I couldn't believe it. Lots of room to move around and never seemed crowded. Saw... More

excellent value for money. Crew very friendly, knowledgable. Watched a whale and her calf for over an hour. Crew member took some great photos of the baby breaching several times. Very eco friendly boat.
