Booked a 2 hour Broadwater cruise online from Grabone - the day we went it was perfect weather. Steve introduced himself and made us feel very welcome - with the cruise you also get morning tea included (tea, coffee, scone-available throughout the whole 2 hours). We went up on the top deck which is open and had a great view of... More

Myself and another staff supported 2 clients with disabilities on a holiday to the Gold Coast, and our 2 hour cruise was quite a highlight of their holiday. Steve and his wife were very friendly and helpful - especially in lifting 1 of our clients who was in a wheelchair. We had beautiful weather, and the smaller vessel was perfect... More

Thoroughly reccomended canal tour with Steve for only around $20 (includes tea/coffee and scone). A great way to see some lovely homes and boats. Also great for kids - plenty to see including jet boats, helicopters, jelly fish and feed the fish at the jetty. The tour departs from Cavill Ave and near the Marina Mirage. Check out website at... I took this tour with my elderly mother thinking that it would be fun for her. It was great fun for both of us and all ages on board seemed to be enjoying their cruise. Steve was a very informative tour guide and gave lots of interesting information along the way about the houses their values, the people who lived... More

I chose this cruise as it was on a pretty, smaller, wooden boat as opposed to going on a newer but characterless one. The boat was lovely with excellent upstairs viewing deck. Everything was very well looked after and it was a pleasure to be on. The cruise was good, lots of local information and a bit of juicy gossip.... More

Leaves from Mirage Marina.......wonderful historical boat. Upstairs and downstairs.......great fresh scones!......tour content from Tour guide/Captain of boat insitefull. This is a small family business. The canal tour is refreshing and relaxing. I gained a better appreciation of the history of the gold coast and the broad water and canals. The tour was on time.......left on time and returned on time.... More

This cruise of the Broadwater was absolutely fabulous. We boarded the vessel aided by our Captain, Steve. We proceeded to the top deck to bask in the sun as Steve guided us through the canals of the Gold Coast. We are locals to the Gold Coast and we were surprised at how informative Steve was - we learnt a lot!... More

Took 5 year son and wife for a relaxing tour. Staff very accepting of lttle ones, great deck upstairs informative and fun commentary. Small enough to be personal and made to feel welcome. Muffins & tea not bad included in price. 2 hours is a good time limit to see things and get a feel for Canals. Boat encourages a... More

We were lucky enough to go on the Broadwater Canal Cruises "morning cruise" this week. The cruise left from Marina Mirage at 10.30am. We went via a quick stop at Surfers Paradise jetty to pick up some more passengers, and then the commentary began as we cruised around the islands of Surfers Paradise. It was a beautiful day, and Steve... More
