The day we went it was fairly cold and unfortunately because there were a lot of people the queues were way too long for young kids as they got freezing. There was also only one food retailer open and I waited 45 minutes for a plate of chips. They were very under staffed from what I could tell. Also the... More

We have just returned from a short break in the Gold Coast and wanted to say what a disappointment Wet and Wild was. We bought the 3 theme park ticket and purposely chose to go on the Saturday so there would be more people but most of the good slides were closed. The wave pool was good but the water... More

I went today with my girlfriend. We had a great day. Due to the weather it's fairly quite so we smashed out the whole park in 3 hours (no waits). I lost my wallet in the locker rooms, I called the staff and asked if they could have a look for me. They called me back within 10 minutes and... More

In 35 years of visiting the GC this was our first visit to WnW. I was very surprised how good this place is and why I havent been before now. Its much better than its larger siblings, MW and SW. We really enjoyed the slides and although it was cool weather, the water wasnt too cold. Whirlpool Springs hot spas... More

The children had a lot of fun, even though some long waits at times for the rides. It was good to see so many have so much fun. Thought there could be more toilet blocks and change areas. Adequate food outlets, had to wait, 15 in front in queue and one serving at 1500.

We were there in the middle of July on a nice sunny day. Plenty of people there. I have a feeling young teenagers might enjoy this park more than nine and. Eleven year olds but I might be wrong. Some rides you have to be a certain weight or more which immediately ruled out some rides for my daughters. The... More

We spent the day here and mostly enjoyed it but there were several things that marred our day. 1. The cheap tickets advertised widely were available only on line which was not clear at all. Recommend: buy online from the Entertainment book people and get it cheaper again. 2. Lines for food were absolutely ridiculous. With 2 full car parks,... More

Although it's against the rules, I suggest you take your own lunch and drinks to avoid the horrendous queues. Plus you won't have to buy $7.99 dry sandwiches or any of the greasy fatty stuff.

I was expecting more from the water world however, all the rides were pretty awesome. Especially the one that you had to stand in a tube and the flaps on the floor opens to let you fall and slide...that was really super mega awesome!

Great place but in July the water was freezing. Kids didn't mind to much though, good rides for all ages.
