A very nice excursion. You can rent a little boat for three hours and explore it all by yourself! A little bit tiring to take care of the boat but the crystall waters will reward you. Very difficult to see a turtle and always be very careful with the other boats and people swimming around!

The island itself is very nice and enjoyable. There isn't much information on the turtles on the island thought. There is a little hut near the beach where you can find out the minimum information about turtles. It would be better if you could see turtles in a controlled environment but these are blocked off from public.

We rented a boat to reach the island. The experience of steer the boat was great! The island is nice, but we were not that impressed. 4 of us hired a motor boat from near the Zante Beach hotel for 1 hour - enought time to go round Turtle Island but not to stop. We didn't see any turtles but nevertheless it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The boat was easy to handle and stressless.
