It was inexpensive to get in, particularly with the £2 voucher readily available. It is small, so very easy to get around and no way for small children to escape into the car park. There are no extra costs for the land train or meet a camel etc which is good. No extra cost for crazy golf or bouncy castle... More

Disappointing, poor value for money, boring, not very well organised! Even my 6 yr old son thought it was crap!! Nearly 8 quid to get in, once inside most of the pens are filled with goats, everything is dirty, broken and covered in flies, family run but none of the workers speak to you! All could be seen in 20... More

7 of us went along and I must admit when we first went in I was a little sceptical. It does look a bit run down but the kids (7,6 and 4)loved it ! Even the 'CRAZY' Crazy Golf where you could hit a great shot and miss by a mile or a terrible shot would end in the hole... More

Our grandchildren were so looking forward to this day out, but after a fairly long journey we were utterly amazed at the poor quality of everything there. Having paid our entry fee of £7.95 per adult we were given a map (not really needed as the place is quite small) but told that some things had changed and were now... More

Looking at the recent reviews on here the camel park seems to have had either very good or very bad reports so it was with some scepticism that I took my family (2 adults, 2 children & 1 senior) for the day there. With the discount voucher I downloaded from their website the entrance fee was just under £5 each... More

This is a great little farm where you can feed the animals, eat either in the cafe (burgers etc) or picnic in the marquee (why don't more places have somewhere you can eat packed lunches under cover?). In addition to what you would expect on a small farm there are camels you can meet and pet, and you can have... More

There are many more animals at the Camel Centre than the name suggests: llamas, alpacas, goats, kune kune pigs and many more! They have a 'Meet The Camel' session, where you get to stroke it and he talks about them and so on! They also offer camel and donkey rides for an extra cost, but it was pouring with rain... More

I felt sorry for this place. It clearly is on it's last legs and needs a complete revamp. Extremely run down, could hardly believe it when we pulled up. - everything was dirty and untidy - cafe was buzzing with flies and wasps so as to be uninhabitable - didn't feel confident with the food or general hygiene - the... The only camel park in the uk...there's a good reason for that...it's CRAP! DO NOT BE FOOLED by the leaflet which is extremely misleading. Miserable staff who smell worse than the camels! run down "indoor soft play" (ball pit in a shed) and dirty. The maze was a joke (it's just a string fence) We struggled to fill a morning... More

Although we did have a difficult time finding the centre, it was worth the trouble. There were a lot of Camels, as well as Alpacas, Llamas,, Donkeys, Kune Kune Pigs, Chickens and various birds, Wallabies and probably some that I don't remember! They have "pet a camel" time twice a day, when they bring a camel into the marquee and... More
