Spent a bit extra to go in the tower hide. Didn't regret it as we took some wonderful shots of the birds in action. The staff are very friendly.

The place is hidden and not signposted very well. When we called to find out opening hours (as internet was very poor where we were before we couldn't look it up) it wasn't answered so we went anyway only to find ourselves lost because the signposting stopped on the main road. When we finally got there we weren't greeted but... More

Easy to find, well laid out and well signed. The hides are spacious and almost within touching distance of the birds. Whether you are a bird watcher or not this is a must experience. The red kites are amazing.

It really is a privilege to see the kites swooping within yards of you if the high visibility viewing huts which provide a safe environment even for those a bit afraid. We set off on the "farm trail" with a buggy and youngster and found it was in fact a hard-going hill walk - recommended for rambler types only in... More

What lovely birds of prey. Well done to the family to save these birds. The sky is blackened with these birds at feeding time. It's marvelous to see the kites swoop down with talons out and grabbing a piece of meat and then flying upwards to eat it in midair. So many kites flying in all directions and no mishaps.... More

I cannot say anymore than others have said. You do not need to be a bird nut to enjoy this place. we have been before. We, 4 of us, booked photo hides. We saw small kids who were amazed. Even bored teenages came away with a wild look on their faces. All you could hear on the walk to the... More

what a fantastic sight. Hundreds of red kites swooping down for the meat that has been laid out. Good variety of other birds. You cannot be disappointed by a visit here.
